With Kings your planning and Building regulation problems are eliminated. Our architects will draw up your individual plans to conform to the current building regulations. On your acceptance they will be submitted to the Local Council Planning Authority for their approval. Our vast experience of the Building Regulations and Town Planning Acts is proven and is used to your advantage. Once plans are approved we quickly commence work to provide you with that extra room you have always required.
